Robert’s professional background is as diverse as it is people-centered. His career includes leadership roles in distribution center management, restaurant management, home remodeling, and HVAC, as well as years as a successful business owner. He also served his community as a State Representative, where he worked across differences, strengthened local communities, and focused on solutions that brought people together. Earlier in his career, Robert proudly served in the U.S. Military, developing the calm under pressure discipline, and service-first mindset that still define his work today.
